APPLICATION: LASER CUTTING

LaserCut is used to separate each board from their panel, working on their connection points.
The laser works on a no-contact basis with the parts, avoiding mechanical stress; since it works so quickly it means no heat is propagated due to cutting. This operation is normally dust and residual free.
LaserCut can be equipped with a camera to recognise the fiducials (optional) to make the cut even more accurate.
The machine has been designed to be part of an existing assembly line or for creating an automated work island.

Gerber or Excel files can be imported thanks to the management software to determine the work co-ordinates.

Quick-Mark is a fixed station laser marker designed for integration  on SMT lines, ideal for working on PCBs. The premium quality CO2 laser source can mark datamatrix codes, barcodes and alphanumeric codes in a working area of 300x300mm on electronic boards placed directly on the conveyor.

The power and quality of the laser source (laser CO2 30W with a 300x300mm working area) ensure speedy execution and extreme marking cleanliness offering maximum potential in the proprietary generation of two- and three-dimensional codes where the order of magnitude can also be 3x3mm (18 characters)
over the entire available area.

The incremental generator of the codes created according to the customer%u2019s specifications guarantees maximum security in terms of product traceability.
With Quick-Mark JPEG and DXF files can be imported and any type of image can be created.

The laser unit installed can also be used for 3D marking (optional) with a third depth axis for producing effective marking also on uneven surfaces or surfaces
geometrically on different, semi-spherical or tetrahedral planes. Quick-Mark%u2019s great flexibility means it can be integrated perfectly on existing assembly lines and for creating an automated work island; alternatively it can be supplied already installed on the conveyor.

APPLICATION: SOLDERING

AirJet is an automatic no-contact selective soldering station, with or without lead, used mainly for assembling a mechanical part with an electronic circuit.
To solder the parts together, they are first preheated by the injection of hot air which, when soldering, automatically switches to inert gas (typically nitrogen) that, as it goes inside the head, takes on characteristics that guarantee the recasting of the alloy in a controlled atmosphere environment.
The injector%u2019s particular shape produces a form of the flow that does not let it expand so there is no damage to any of the areas surrounding the soldering area.
Air Jet can be equipped with a camera to recognise the fiducials (optional) when a more precise alignment of the part is necessary as well as a second camera that checks the final result, guaranteeing the quality of the process.

TwinCoat is a complete machine for selective painting to coat electronic boards. It was conceived to complete the production process phases in the delicate sector of protective coatings.
Its structure, movement precision and the dual doser valve system, a standard feature of this machine, support different functions so that it can be used for coating with paint or selective spraying (dosing spot %u0444 4- 6 mm at a distance of 25 mm) which avoids using a protection for the surrounding components.
GERBER or Excel files can be imported thanks to the management software to determine the work paths; the machine also comes with a laser pointer for each single valve that simulates the work path so that the programme can be refined without using the painting product.

The Multifunction Station is a flexible machine and fits in well in the assembly automation sector.
Its basic structure is a copy of that of standard machines: the 4-axis robot and internal conveyor support the various possible operations that can be automated such as, for example, a self-powered screwing system, a fluid dispenser, an inspection camera and a board separation system using a cutter.

Thus the Multifunction Station can be part of a complete assembly line or work as a standalone machine in an environment that can, however, be automated.

The machine%u2019s management software allows GERBER or EXCEL files to be imported as a basis for the implementation of the work programmes.

The rotation station is a machine equipped with a turntable offering the possibility of working on a maximum of 5 positions simultaneously on a useful working area of about 120x120 mm.
